Starting out as a muffler shop we have expanded to a full service car repair shop that performs services from car ac repair to exhaust repair to tire changes at our tire shop. Took my car here for an oil change, couple days later it's leaking tons of oil. Take it back to them to get it fixed. Paid a very good amount to have it fixed, thought it was fixed, days later oil STILL leaking. I take it back, let them know its still leaking, they request for me to pay hundreds more. Not to mention they charged me for stuff I didn't need and overcharged for the parts. I will NEVER return to another Meineke! Ever!

The owner is a great guy. I've been going there for 3-4 years and they've taken care of me with everything I've needed. They don't try to sell any extra products or services like other places try to; they recommend things and will show you if they found a problem but they always seem honest about it. 

I took my fiance's Honda Civic in there for an oil change, and they even told me that I don't need to bring it as frequently as I did (approx 5,000 miles) due to the synthetic oil lasting longer. That was a great experience because other places I've lived wouldn't mention it, they would just let you keep bringing the car in.

Really picky with what they will work on, won't even attempt a lowered car. Don't waste your time.

I really appreciated the mechanics honesty.  I went in thinking I needed a plug for my tire with a nail in it.  He brought it back to me saying it didn't go all the way through and even tested it to make sure it wasn't leaking air.  No charge.

My car broke down right before the summer semester started. All the money I had was supposed to go towards books and tuition. Here at Meineke, they didn't nickel and dime me for every fix. They were knowledgeable and considerate towards my budget in advising me what would be best. Tom was very friendly and didn't make me feel like $$$ to him. I'm new to the area, but I will definitely only be coming to this auto shop.
