This is clearly a 5 Star office. Leslie Streit is helpful, knowledgeable, and cares about the clients. The office is very well run and on top of it all, the auto insurance rates are great!  The office is beautiful!!

If there was an option for 0 stars I would give it to them !!!! They are the most unprofessional group of individuals I have ever met in my life especially Maritza , they raised my quote 3 times and I only been with them for 3 months , I have never spoke with Melba Ballard , these reps have no ideas what they are doing they are clueless.

I’ve had my car insurance with this agency for years and I would never ever move to a different agency because of my amazing agent Alejandra Rueda! Her customer service always goes above and beyond and every time I go to the office, she and the rest of the team always makes me feel like I’m part of their family. She always gives me the best options and now that I got married I added my husband and she gave us great advice for our coverage and we couldn’t be happier! Thanks so much for being the best!

I have been with Melba  Ballard State Farm for many years. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. Bobbi Mayes is the young lady I deal with and she is always a pleasure to speak with and always goes out of her way to help me with anything I need. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an Insurance Company that will assist you in anyway they can. I give them 5 Stars !!!!!
