Story

When Sonia Lucas opened the first Mellow Me Out in 2000, it was in a cramped, 1,000-square-foot studio with a broom closet for a break room and no washer or dryer. Since those humble beginnings, Mellow Me Out has grown to encompass a luxurious, fully equipped spa at a downtown location hemmed into a business high-rise and a new, larger location on Arden Way and Watt Avenue. Mellow Me Out's team of licensed therapists delivers skin, hair, nail, and massage services.

My mother and I went here for the first time. We got massages, facials and pedicures! It was amazing the staff is wonderful! 
The first room they take you in after you change in to your robe had a huge painting on one wall and it just feels tacky and the paraffin wax pots all sit in the floor. So I was concerned about what was to come. But it was fine after that the other rooms were much nicer. 
I would come back here.

I called in to book appointment for my birthday with a party of 5 people and had to suggest to the lady on the phone to take down my information. I then gave them all my credit card info and made the appointment. They took down the wrong phone number and never booked my appointment. They stated I was supposed to call back with email for the contract and no one ever told me to do so. Poor customer service! Won't be recommending or coming here!

Went in a few months ago around 830-845pm and had a good experience. However I tried calling tonight for my wives birthday (super last min. I know ) knowing she had a rough day and the lady I spoke with basically told me I was lying, they've never taken anyone that late, all while raising her voice and speaking over me as I was trying to explain in a little more detail our first visit.  Anyways very disappointed, I'm all about customer service, been in the CS field for over 15yrs and even if a customer was in correct I would never handle someone that way. She later stated she was the owner (which furthered my disappointment) and began to sound very nervous when I asked her name and info. I'm not one to write reviews, in fact didn't write one when I had a good massage. But this encounter really did not sit well with me...
