The wait for a table inside was to be 10 minutes. That's to be expected for any restaurant. We were seated within 10 minutes, given menus, but not told who our server would be. After being seated, we patiently waited to be greeted, and at least have our drink order taken. More than 15 minutes later, we watched customers at tables on the side opposite us, close by, whose servers were back and forth, casually tending to them, yet not one server took notice of new customers, seated, menus closed, and ready to order. We observed a few servers standing at the counter, doing nothing but talking to each other. Yet another server casually strolled past us, completely ignoring the menus closed, and set at the edge of our table. Meanwhile, in more than 15 minutes, not one server had come to our table at all. We might as well have been invisible. We left and went to another restaurant down the street where we were cheerfully, and warmly greeted by every staff member. When we were seated, we were told the name of our server, and right away, our server greeted us and took our orders. She was quick to inform us of a delay in food arriving to the table, and was most pleasant, and knew how to take care of customers. Thanks, Shelby of Pizza Joint! You see, Mellow Mushroom staff? It's clearly NOT rocket science.

Great pizza and absolutely worth the wait and they let you take the kids order home! They serve the best pizza ever! I love Mello mushroom staff is very friendly and they let you know if any delays! Great service and you can choose between sitting outside or inside BEST!PIZZA!E EVER!

This place is awesome. Charlie, our server was hilarious and got our order perfect. Pizza was awesome and maybe best Greek salad ever. Great beer selection too! I'm coming back with friends very soon

The service is awesome and atmosphere is cool. However... my wife and I ordered calzones and while the taste is fantastic, the quantity of the toppings inside leaves much to be desired.. they're almost non-existent. The calzone is mostly bread. If I wanted cheesy bread I would have gone to Little Caesars. I feel we didn't get what we paid for.

Casual pizza place with a variety of options. Consistently very good but not amazing. I would recommend the calzones, possibly splitting one if you tend to eat like a bird.
