We stopped by on a super hot day since my kids and I were craving boba and shaved ice. I ordered an original milk tea with boba and asked for 75% sweetness. The drink was made exactly as I hoped! The boba had a perfect blend of soft chew with the right texture which is honestly so hard to find at other places. The red bean and strawberry shaved ice were delicious as my kids housed both of them leaving barely any for me. Lol. The ice cream to topping ratio was just right and it was refreshing! I appreciated the cleanliness of the sit down area and the employees were friendly. I'll definitely be coming back and try their other drinks on the menu.

I am a fan of boba and I love the creative teas they have. The bubble waffle was made perfect. Crunchy texture with a chewy inside. The batter was slightly seasoned which compliments the airy, chewiness of the waffle which was topped with powdered sugar. The Thai Milk Tea was very nicely put together. I would have have it was made of of actual tea a milk combo, it was not. It was made from a powered mixture. I'm not particularly a fan of boba teas that lean heavily with the powered mixers. It prevents it from being well blended and balanced leaving a chalky taste in my opinion. The staff were so sweet and kind. Also the establishment is very clean with a cute vibe to study in. They do have Wi-Fi. Go check this place out. They have lots to offer.

Was visiting from out of town and stopped by multiple times. Really good boba. Ordered the original milk tea and taro. Also got the mango shaved ice that was also delicious. Great place to hang and play the free board games at the store! We played UNO and just had a good time.

The bubble waffle is really good but it takes some time so be patient. The bingsu is awesome. The guava cake is amazing. I have yet to try the other menu items but I doubt I'll be disappointed. The prices are a little high but it's definitely worth it.

This new place called Melody Boba House in Puyallup where the old Baskin & Robins was at. In my opinion is not so great. We got 4 drinks 1 with boba, 1 with lychee, and 2 without boba. 3 drinks were to strong sweet and the other didn’t have any tastes. The employees there about 4 of them seemed like they were running all around. The cashier wearing a black So Scare T-shirt on the other hand was very helpful.  today’s date 7/09/21

I always order same thing. It's not because this is only thing. All of their drinks are good. Great staff too

I understand that a boba place needs to make ends meet in order to maintain business, but I don't believe that Melody Boba House even follows basic sanitary rules and regulations set down by the Washington Department of Health.  I've seen nearly every health rule broken and every possible hazard present in Melody Boba House, ranging from: - Food products being stored in the restrooms in close proximity of toilets - Mold on the walls - Reuse of disposable gloves when handling several days worth of food - Mold in the water containers where boba scoopers are stored - Mildew growing on tumblers - Recycling of leftover food products - Lack of enforcement for employees to wash their hands, and more.  Melody Boba House already has admittedly questionable food quality, however, their customer service definitely does not meet the standards that I would  expect for a 4.2 star rated boba house. I have seen a multitude of other reviews complaining about the customer service quality as well, all of which I can agree with.  The poor customer service, I believe, is largely due to the fact that the workers are traumatizingly understaffed, and outrageously overworked. It also seems that the owner, Melody, seems to quite literally BULLY her already understaffed and overworked employees, ranging from a flurry of verbal insults to working them to exhaustion.  Additionally, drinks are NEVER remade in any circumstance, whether the order was taken wrong, or there was an issue presented in the quality of the food.  Above all, it seems like the source of the variety of issues in every category of customer service is actually the poor management by the abhorrently unprepared embarrassment of an owner. The owner, Melody, seems to cut huge corners in all of the small sections of the store she manages, including the treatment of the workers, the quality of the food/drinks, and sanitary condition of the overall place. This is my third time here. Their bingsu shaved ice is soooo good here! I highly recommend the mango & strawberry shaved ice. The staff was kind and reasonable. Definitely coming back here for more!

After some mediocre Korean BBQ we were looking for dessert. It was our 1st time here. We ordered 3 bobas, milk pudding, strawberry milk & avocado. We also got 6 different flavs of macaroons, a slice of rainbow cake and a plain bubble waffle. All the drinks were fresh & tasty. The macaroons; vietnamese coffee, strawberry & ube.... top 3! The rainbow cake, it was sooo good it made me feel like I was in Hawaii, & I've never even been there, hahaha! The bubble waffle, yuuuuum, almost like taiyaki, minus the doughy mochi-ness. Really friendly customer service & I loooved that they had bouquets of peonies from a local farm for sale.  *We got there around 830 and it was us and maybe 2 other tables full, by the time we left at 10 there was a line and all the tables were full.
