I have never encountered a bank / credit union like this before.  It has been two weeks since I submitted an application for membership so I can open share certificate accounts.  There are no response even after emails and SMS .  I wouldn't open an account with them if this is an indication how my account will be serviced.

Great website, good CD rates, very polite and helpful customer service from Debbie Flamos, she actually returned my calls promptly! Am opening three accounts with Melrose.

Staff is attentive to the customers requests.  Tellers are helpful and professional.

I've noticed over the years how service has dramatically worsened:

- Teller kept us waiting because she was organizing her hair.
- Employees looked tired. New ones seemed engaged.
- We had an appointment and we were kept waiting an hour. When we were finally attended, the representative told us "Why didn't you get another employee to help?" She was extremely annoyed.

Our experience was like that of a New York City Welfare Office.
