Story

OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE THE FINEST DENTAL CARE. For over 50 years, we have been providing high quality dentistry services to families in the Melrose, MA area. Our dentists and dental office staff emphasize comfortable, trusting relationships with our patients and dental care of the highest professional level. Had an implant done by Dr Showier. He uses top notch minimally invasive technology, so that the dental implant, post and dental crown were set in just 2 short painless visits! Dr Showier and staff were professional, friendly and efficient, which made for an incredible experience for me. I highly recommend this practice!

Love my new smile!!! Before finding Melrose Family Dentistry I was not happy with my smile. The coloring and enamel had dulled over the years and my teeth had shifted after having braces as a teenager. For a little over a year or I was in search of a new dentist I could trust and rely on. I live locally and my insurance was accepted at Dr. Schweier's office so I gave them a try. The warm hand treatment with lotion while getting your teeth cleaned was the first nice touch that got me hooked. Then I met Dr. Schweier and he was great from day one and every day after that. For almost two years I have been going to Melrose Family Dentistry largely do to the service, results, and the great team. I started with Invisalign to straighten my teeth, next laser of my gums to even my gum line and reduce my gummy smile, to the final finishing touch of front top vaneers for larger , straighter, and whiter teeth. I love them! And all the work that has been done. I have been smiling with my mouth shut for years and now can proudly open my mouth to smile! If you are thinking about Vaneers, Invisalign, or Gum contouring you should go in for a consult and I promise you will not be disappointed.

I can't say enough positive things about Melrose Family Dentistry - Being a patient for years now, I travel far and wide to get there - 2 hours one way and today 3 hours back. Ill have to move closer to them. They are patient, kind, funny, professional do the job right the first time always with a smile, no place better - if you need a dentist! Sincerely Amy

I've been going here for more than ten years, with the exception of a few years living out of state. Dr. Torraca and his staff are absolutely the best -- they put in the time to explain, are very friendly (especially for those afraid of dental equipment), and pursue a minimally invasive approach while still making sure you're 100% healthy. When I was living elsewhere, another dentist tried to convince me that I had five (!) cavities, and that they all needed to be drilled and filled. I came to Dr. Torraca for a second opinion, and he confirmed that my teeth were fine. Don't get me wrong -- he'll call them when he sees them and intervene as necessary. But, just as importantly, he won't call what he doesn't see. The staff is also really friendly and welcoming. I've arranged my work schedule so I can keep coming here. I send my friends here. It's that good.

I've been going for 20 years - I bring my kids here now. They are great dentists - attentive, kind, and great with children!
