Couldn't finish explaining the issue with my TV over the phone, he started loudly over talking and being disrespectful. Terrible service.

I had read a few negative reviews about this guys attitude and decided to give it a chance anyway..... that was a mistake.. 
Dropped off TV over a month ago was told would give me a call with estimate. Several weeks passed. No call. I called him and he quoted me but was very rude/curt about it. I agreed to have it fixed. He said it'd be done within the next week and would call once finished. Over 3 weeks later I called for update. Said didn't fix cause needs to make money and will be significantly more. When I asked how much more, thinking I may still be willing to pay, he started yelling at me, told me to come pick it up and hung up on me. I calmly called back... asked him why he was so upset and I still needed to arrange to pick up the TV. He yelled some more, told me to call when I'll be by and hung up again. I was appalled and am in serious disbelief. I would not recommend at all.

Great customer service. Always able to fix the problem. Cheaper to fix a good TV then to replace it. Owner is great to work with and the repairs are always completed surprisingly fast.

This guy is very rude,he started yelling when I asked him about my tv ,he said he broke the screen and told me to come by to pick it up,it was not fixed .this guy needs to be out of business I would not advise anyone deal with this guy.he is a rip off and don't give his best when repairing tv.I dropped my tv off and he said he would check to see what's wrong with it and give me a call but a week went by so I called him, once talking to him a bad tone was in  his voice so I cut the conversation short,the second week came waiting to see what he found so I called him he was yelling like a bipolar person saying my screen was broken and he can't fix it.so I asked him well couldn't u have notified me if u broke my screen? All I could hear was more yelling so I told him to just keep the tv.I will never use this guy ever,this guy has some bad issues going on in life and is taking it out on his customers.I really don't see how the others in the review got better service maybe he took his medicine on the day he worked for them but this was the worse I have ever been done from someone I'm paying to work on something. Check this guy before using him pls
