Great experience in speaking with Shawn, listened to my problems and helped me understand activity in my account. He made the whole process easy and soley because of him, I have to give this customer service 5 stars. If all employees were like him, I have no doubt this credit union would be twice the size.

Monday may 10th
I drove to two locations the Simpson Ferry and Carlisle Pike locations both of them were closed prior to 5. Both the lobby and the drive-through were closed I checked online prior to leaving my home their hours and it clearly states 9 to 5 absolutely no mention of them being closed. A small note taped on the door.
Obviously this credit union does not care about their members time. Very unprofessional
