While I've yet to utilize the Emergency Room or main Hospital facility, I have on more than one occasion used various outpatient Diagnostic parts of the Convenient Care Center. The staff with Blood and specimen lab are professional and good at their jobs. The staff with the various Diagnostic imaging departments have also been top notch. Also, if you've previously been in the Memorial Hermann hospital system it is very easy for them to look you up in their electronic medical records system. This makes it a great deal easier for registering for anything. I would say that while there is always room for improvement they have done a good job so far. And this comes from someone who has some serious chronic health conditions.

Anesthesiologist refuses to give me an epidural with my husband in the room, their policy says he can be in here with approval, which she won't do.  Very irritating as I'm waiting to be induced to give birth to my twins. This is my 3rd delivery and I've always had a support person.  How confident am I supposed to be with you to do your job if you're not comfortable doing your job with me having support.  

The nursing staff has been awesome aside from the other issue. Polite, attentive, very caring.

I took my father to the ER last Friday morning to get his left eye checked out.  From start to finish, the entire team was wonderful.  From reception to exam, they were each very nice and professional.  Customer/patient-oriented focus was exemplary.  Facility (new) was also very impressive.

If I was able to give this place 0 stars, I would. My boyfriend has been here for a week now with a sickle cell crisis and is in worse pain now than he was when we got here. The nurses have been horrible. They have been extremely rude, don't know what they are doing, and every time the new shift comes in, I have to re-explain what is going on because they won't read his chart or communicate with the previous staff. I've had to bathe him, change his urine out, and wake him up every so often to make sure he hasn't fallen into a coma since the nurses refuse to do their job. This place is awful. If you can help it, DO NOT COME HERE.

This hospital is amazing! We visited The ER and the entire staff were very kind, patient and attentive to my 3 year old son. The doctor, nor the nurses, seemed rushed to get us in and out like most hospitals I've ever been. Took the time to listen, answer any questions I had and explain anything that I was unsure of. My son normally hates seeing ANY doctor or nurse walk into a room but felt comfortable with them. The receptionist was very kind and sweet and I had to note that even the security officer offered to help us to our car once we were leaving (that has never happened at any hospital I've visited, either). All in all... great hospital, great staff!
