Pros
- Free Parking in front of South Tower entrance.
- Friendly Staff.
- Walk-ins with no appointment scheduling.
- Quick Registration.
- Got in and out quickly after arriving at 3pm.
Cons

This has to be the most unprofessional hospital branch of all Memorial Hermann!!! My mother was really sick and we drove her to this hospital branch since it was the closest one to our home. First of all, this was the first hospital that charges you for parking at by the emergency center! Secondly, NONE of their employees felt helpful or awake. I asked for advice and the lady told me rudely to talk to security. I get it, lady, that it is super late and you're tired but you are dealing with patients, a little smile won't help you cranky ass mf. Thirdly, my mother gets admitted into a room and we waited for the doctor. Now, waiting for the doctor is one thing and that's understandable but having 5 people to try to get my mom a blood sample and also an IV is just ridiculous. Why does it take 5 people to find a vein. That was part of your training!!! Not only that but one of them used the SAME needle in my mom instead getting a sanitized one!!! And when my mother asked about it, he ignored her and just dropped helping her. What kind of nurses are you?? You are dealing with people's lives whether it be something minor or more. YOU DON'T EVER NEGLECT OR CREATE ATTITUDE WITH THE PATIENT! The job may pay a lot but NONE of those 5 people deserves the title they have.

Thanks to their constant poking with the needles, my mom's hand got swollen than normal and bruised completely. They are unprofessional and DIRTY!! The fact that when they drew blood out of my mother, they had the blood spill in the floor, all over her hands, etc because they were careless and stupid!

GET A DIFFERENT JOB BECAUSE YOU'RE DEALING WITH PEOPLE'S  HEALTH YOU DAMN IDIOTS!!

They really need to find better workers, that are caring for there patients. Regardless if they leave against medical advice or not. You don't throw a handicap, disabled person out on the streets with no way to get home....if my dad didn't answer his telephone I would have very well been on the street's and would have most likely gotten sicker......better workers = patients with better behavior. The hospital staff are friendly, and my appointment today was very fast. I would recommend this hospital to anyone and everyone. Service is really good.

Took Dad to ER on a holiday. He was already being seen by the time I finished parking. Very friendly and professional staff all the way around - from the administrative staff to the nurses and doctors - even the woman who was making the trash rounds. Many thanks for making a difficult day just a little bit easier.
