Ive been ordering palms for palm Sundays and have always been treaated courteously and they're always polite, reasonable pricing.

They don't keep their word. I've paid for my headstone months ago. I keep getting the runaround as to why it has not been installed in the cemetery. It's supposed to have been ready. They tried to say they were waiting on the cemetery to lay the foundation. The foundation was down 3 weeks prior to that lie. I keep hearing it's getting done next week and soon. I call and ask to speak to certain people. I'm told they won't be in that day or they're gone for the Christmas holiday. On each occasion I've called back and the person whose not supposed to be there answers the phone with more "BS". I mentioned getting my money back and was told "but the stone is done. It's hard scheduling the delivery". BS!! It wasn't hard taking my money and telling me it can be done in a couple of weeks. I will never deal with these people again and definitely won't recommend them for anything.
VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Best florist around always have beautiful flowers from here and wont go anywhere else for my flowers and prices are great!
