I drove to this location for Benjamin Moore paint to finish a project on a Sunday. The paint guy was there, but not on the clock. I was told "to come back tomorrow something." Great service. That's the last time I go to this location.

Terrible customer service.  They advertise free items with purchase, then don't have the free items in stock.  Say they will call when free items come in.  I have called twice to check status and just given the run around.  In other words, they can't provide an answer.  IF I ever get this resolved, I will not go back.
Not living up to: "ace is the place for the helpful hardware man"

Great story. Amazing customer service and quick in and out. They almost always have everything I need including odd size AC filters. If they don't have it in stock they can order. Friendly and efficient
