Men's Warehouse, more specifically, Gabriel was fantastic. He made everything so easy and worry free. With all the stresses of planning a wedding, it was nice to not have to worry about anything with the suits we picked out. From selecting the suits, to shipping them to other states for my groomsmen, to the tailoring, Gabriel was simply amazing. Any issues or concerns we had were addressed and corrected right away. He was always upfront and honest when asked for his opinion and more importantly he treats his customers like family, I really can't say enough about his customer service. Thank you, Gabriel and Men's Warehouse in Champaign for your excellent service, professionalism and care.

I can't even begin to rate this location high enough. The store manager (Mr. Gabriel) is extremely personable and easy to talk to, knowledgeable about style and fit, and offers tremendous customer service. The selection is always neatly arranged in store, fitting rooms are very clean, and the staff is helpful far beyond the norm. I will continue to be a repeat customer.

This was my first venture into buying more formal men's clothing. I was a graduate student at the university and needed to upgrade my closet. I mostly interacted with Drake, one of the sales assistants, and Tony, the store manager. Overall, the shopping experience was great. Men's clothing is very relative, so one always has to shop for value, in line with one's budget. I found incredible value at this MW store in Champaign. For less than $400 total, I got a linen sport coat, a wool blazer, and a tuxedo jacket + pants. I was a bit reluctant at first, since the discount was almost too good to be true. However, after checking reviews on each individual item and wearing these clothes, I am assured that I made the right decision. Only advice: do not be tempted to pay full price for most of these items. Bundle deals are great!

If you go in there ask for GABE or KYLE. I’ve been shopping here for about a month and they provide exceptional customer service EVERY SINGLE TIME! I won’t be shopping anywhere else!
