You should really have a talk with your Owasso Oklahoma store!!!! The way my husband was treated today when returning tuxes was ridiculous!! We didn’t receive the discounts we were told we would!! We were promised either a free rental or the $400 shopping and didn’t receive that! The tuxes fitted horribly! This place is a complete joke!! Your management is horrible!!!!! I will never recommend this place to anyone!! They shouldn’t treat their customers poorly!!

Rented a tux for my son's prom. Getting fitted took a long time and the process of signing in was not well enforced (someone went ahead of us that had not signed in). When the tux came in, the pants had a stain. So we had to come back a second time. Ordered a bow tie and got a straight tie. Also, it was $261 to rent the tux. Next year we'll buy him a suit. Very disappointed.

This staff was wonderful! Everyone in my wedding party that came to this location for fitting and pick up had great things to say about them. Everyone was helpful, happy, and did what was needed to make everyone comfortable and looking sharp! The manger knew all of my groomsmen and I by name before we left for the big day and thanked all of us by name when we returned our suits. Great staff, and a wonderful experience. I will recommend this location to anyone looking for rentals for whatever special occasion they have planned. Thank you again!!!

Very poor customer service. 1. The lady sold us a shirt with two sizes bigger assuring us that all shirt brands have the same measurements. Not true. She didn't want to do the proper research or allow my husband to try on a sample of that. LAZY. 2. We made an order to be delivered at a Utah menswear house because we were traveling to have a reception there. She put the event date for 10 months later this year. The menswear house in Utah had to scramble, we were super stressed, and spent precious time of preparation worrying over this issue. She showed so much LACK OF INTEREST. SO INCREDIBLY DISSAPOINTED. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION.
