The service was superb for the fitting of my groomsmen for my wedding. The crew at Mentor Men's Warehouse were very accommodating. 

A slight snag occurred when the white vest i was sized for did not fit well. The Men's Warehouse crew went above and beyond to accommodate and to make the vest fit. Alterations were performed at the last minute and every thing came out perfect. 

I recommend this men's Warehouse location for you tuxedo shopping needs.

Kind staff and excellent choices. They didn't have what I needed so they checked their system, called a store in california and had it shipped to their location. They even gave me a discount. A+

My husband and I always receive such fantastic customer service here. The salespeople are very knowledgeable about men's suits and are current with trends and men's fashion. Watch it while they up-sell you with more stuff you'll "need", though. It adds up quick and that's how they make their commission.

The fitting was inaccurate at best, service was a mixed bag of freindly folk and incredibly impatient rude ones, the prices were terrible (you could buy a tux for their rental cost) and to top it off the shoes that came with the rental we're worn out and cheap. Never going back to this chain. While they were nice years ago the company has gone downhill fast.

Awful.  Don't buy a suit, rent a suit, or even step foot in any men's Warehouse. Worst customer service anywhere.  There are way better alternatives.  Like anywhere else.
