Incompetent, lazy, irresponsible, bad attitudes; I could go on. The store used to be good, but they lost their best staff member and everyone else there is just awful. The last 3 pairs of slacks altered there had to be done twice over because they never do it right the first time making the total amount of time over 2 weeks. My suit jacket's back seam is now uneven and bunched up because of how poor their alterations are. I now have to pay somewhere else to fix this. The "manager" doesn't know how to talk to people nor does she take any accountability for her store's poor services and lack of attention to detail or helping customers get what they need. I will never be returning to this store again, unless its to get my money back for an awful job on alterations.

We went in for a fitting for an upcoming wedding. Jimmie was helpful and patient with us and the five year old that was with us 🙂
