Terrible customer service, manager is rude and impatient with simple questions, I'll never buy from here again and I'll discourage anyone else from buying here as well so don't waste your time

Terrible customer service. I went in to rent a tux. They try to upsell you every chance they get and during the try on process everthing seemed like a massive chore to the guy that was in charge of helping me. 

Without asking, the guy working there rang me up and tried to get me to sign a receipt for a $260 tux rental. I asked about one that i had seen online that was on sale, he rolled his eyes and said they can't honor anything shown online. So i said I'll just order it online instead of in the store. I left the store and ordered the tux i wanted a couple days later.

A few days before my event i got an email saying my tux is ready for pickup. I thought it was the tux i ordered online so i went and picked it up from the store. The next day another tux shows up at my door.

The guy at MW ordered a different tux the day i was in the store even though i told him i didn't want him to. So i had 2 tuxs. I had to go all the back to the store and return the tux that should never have been ordered. They gave me a hard time about returning it since a couple days had elapsed.

I can't speak for the other men's warehouse stores but this one in particular is full of people with astonishing incompetence. 
Do not go there.

Absolutely a horrible experience. The cashier was extremely rude, and would not come to fit me for a tuxedo even though I wasted over 30 minutes waiting. Don't waste your time OR YOUR MONEY here because the service is rude and unprofessional.

The quality of items are good but always feel like they are pushing the up-selling too much.
