Needed a new suit and quick as I had just ripped the sleeve at the elbow in the black suit I had with me. I buy most of my dress shirts, bowties etc at Men's Warehouse and had enough points to drop the price by almost $200. If they don't have an item in stock they'll have it sent to your house at no charge

Needing a new suit within a 24 time period, I headed the store hoping they could help.  Zachariah immediately found a jacket that fit and with the matching pants, was in my price range.  He then took the pants back to have them hemmed.  I was in the store for less than 30 minutes and walked out with my new suit and as a very satisfied customer.  Thank you very much

Poor experience - Very rude. My fiancee and I went in to look at suits for our wedding and the store manager, Zachariah was pretty rude to us. He would only speak to my fiancee and not to me. I would ask him a question and he would still only look at my fiancee and completely ignore me. When he was forced to talk to me he would look away and not make eye contact. I was honestly shocked at what little respect he gave me. I understand the suits are the guys choice, and I wanted my fiancee to choose WHATEVER he wanted since this is his big day, too, so I was trying to lay low anyway but being ignored when I am paying for it is unacceptable. The suits were not about me, and I understand that but my fiancee even felt weird about how Zachariah was treating me. He was just truthfully condescending and rude. After about the third question that he flat out ignored me on, we got out of there pretty quickly. We have a huge bridal party and we have now taken our money elsewhere. 

Outside of the fact that the customer service was poor, the suits are all way, way overpriced and if you are renting they're not really fitted properly to your form the way you want. Seemed ill-fitted.

If you are reading this, you are better off using one of the new websites where you can rent online and sent to your home for HALF the cost. There is also H&M that has great suits (better fitting and stylish) that we are now going with. Won't be back.

This location is absolutely terrible- I went in to pick out attire for my wedding and they were so unhelpful and kept trying to sell me $700 customized suits... for groomsmen to wear once. What?! They were rude and gave no information. I left upset. The Cool Springs location was amazing and so helpful, they got us exactly what we wanted (in rentals) and were so nice. My dad got left off the profile and I stopped by the Green Hills location purely because it was convenient. The rental woman barely looked up to acknowledge me, and then made it seem like it was MY fault my dad was left off. She was dismissive and so rude and awful. 
 DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Go to Cool Springs where they actually know what they're doing and how to treat people.
