Pretty bad experience at this location. Staff never offered to help us. They just talked with each other. I walked by them a few times and they never even acknowledged me. When I asked for help, the man seemed friendly until I disagreed with a style /color he kept recommending. He (politely, I should add) told me that he did not think this was the place I needed to be, and I would probably have better luck else where. I was not being rude, I have bought many suits from Men's Warehouse over the years and always had great service. I will continue to do so... Just not at this location.

Called to get price of tux rental for prom.  Spoke with Erin and explained my sons situation. She was very understanding and my son was taken such good care of. Will highly recommend and will get tux again next year for prom. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

The ladies that work at this location are rude and very dismissive of any concerns that you may have as a customer.  I wish I would have read the reviews before doing business with this store.  You would think that with the amount of money that people are spending on just renting a tux they would be more professional and attentive to their customers.  Had a very ....we really can't or won't spend time with you, keep it moving, this is what you're getting, not very helpful feel to the place. Definitely in need of customer service and sales etiquette training.
