Great Customer service. Lenz is the man! Went to pick up my tux. I recently had knee surgery, and Lenz was really patient while I took a little longer to try on my tux, and gave me good style tips on how to wear the pants with my giant knee brace. Great experience.

Fantastic customer service. Orlando you are the man. Thanks for taking the time to help me out. The staff here is great and knowledgable. Several times they have helped me piece an outfit together, from formal to casual. They know their stuff and they know how to make you feel comfortable and confident while shopping with them.

This place is no wear near as friendly or diverse as the one in the galleria mall in Cambridge. As soon as I walk into the door, no one wants to greet me or say hello. I tried to smile and engage to get help looking for what I needed, but they were more willing to help whites, mainly white couples. This is defiantly a whites only location. I noticed that when I looked at how much more enthusiastic the staff was to help the white crowd that were there and the ones that showed up right after me. I was shocked at they survive they got I didn't get. They didn't even have to try to say hello. When I found something, I asked for a dressing room, one guy paused as he looked at me and briefly pointed where to go. The other (White customers) got escorted to he dressing room and had someone wait on them hand and foot, terrible! I think I saw just one other black guy working there, but he was busy. I couldn't analyze his behavior that much. I did take note of the ones that were standing around until customers that THEY wanted to help walked through the door. Awful place! Unless your white and come from a suburban family, go straight to the one in the galleria mall. They are very nice and helpful. I'll never set foot in this Medford Men's wear house ever again! Then again Medford is usually prejudice compared to its neighbors. It's expected.

Great staff that cares and listens about what you need, has attention to detail and is mindful of your budget. They give great advice about what works too. I usually hate clothes shopping. This place makes it better.

Very pushy sales people and will do all things possible to guilt you into buying something. Buying a suit here is like buying a car.
