Had a horrible experience at a different location that could have resulted in not being a Paul bearer at my grandmothers funeral. This store completely took care of everything and were very compassionate. Highly recommend.

I have never had a good experience with this company. They totally messed things up for my wedding to the point of having to change the entire men’s apparel, and now we went in to have my husband measured for a wedding in the spring and had the rudest lady with short dark hair take his measurements. When you work in customer service you should at least pretend to like people. I only gave two stars because once the fitting was done another girl helped us pick out and order some additional dress shirts and she was very nice and helpful. This whole company needs to do some self reflection and improvement.

Found exactly what we were looking for. The store manager even put on bubble guppies to keep my daughter occupied. Had a great experience!

Couldn't believe how easy the process of fitting my tux was, and the 2 I dealt with (Shyvia and Sarah) have amazing personalities, and made the whole typically boring event of taking your measurements a whole laughing fest, between my jokes and theirs, we couldn't stop laughing! Highly recommend this place and will gladly do business with them again!

You would think that if a business knows that you and your wedding party will be spending hundreds of dollars here, they'd make choosing your wedding tux an enjoyable experience. That wasn't the case here. We walked in, looked at 3 potential styles, was told to "choose" a style with no description of anything. There was no guidance, no questions about our colors or our budget. There was just a lot of awkward blank stares and instant pressure. We walked out and happily took our business across the street to President Tuxedo.
