My daughter just left the Fayetteville NC store after walking around the entire store and no one offered assistance. My husband needs a suit coat for a funeral tomorrow and was unable to go himself because he's working. My daughter is 5 months pregnant and had her toddler son with her. She said male customers came in and were helped but no sales associate approached her. She tried to find the size my husband needed, but could not so she finally left. Will not be going back and do not recommend.

My wife is graduating from the Delta Airline Flight Attendant course this coming up week. It is going to be a very formal graduation. I have never attended a function where I needed to be so formal in my dress attire. I also have never owned a suit. I came into the store and was I greeted by Shamar Williamson. He was very polite and asked me questions to understand what MY tastes were instead of forcing me into suits that I really wasn't interested in. The entire process was easy and enjoyable, simply because Shamar was very knowledgeable and didn't rush me. If you are in need of a suit and you want to see what true customer service is then you need to go to Men's Wearhouse and ask for Shamar!

I was recently married and had a $400 dollar shopping spree. I was looking to spend $400 on the total amount of a suit because I am somewhat frugal. I was helped by a gentleman named Tyrone Solomon who offered to find me the best deal. He searched through many suits and even let me know that some popular High End suits would be on sale the following weekend and he could hold one for me. While debating we found a perfect suit for $299. It fit great and he even picked out a great time and dress shirt and had the suit tailored to my needs. As he rang it up at the cash register, the total was $90 over. I'm one who does not like confrontation and would normally pay the $90 because he was an amazing help, but Tyrone asked if we were over budget which I asked him if he could return the dress shirt so that my total was $3!!! It was a great experience of excellent customer service. Thanks Tyrone the suit and tie fit and look great!

This Men's Wearhouse royally screwed my whole wedding party for my wedding. Everyone (except one groomsman) was measured and ordered from this location and set to pick up in Traverse City, MI. My groom was to wear a navy suit, gray vest and bow tie, and black shoes. When we picked the suit up in MI he noticed the shoes were brown. He called the MI location and expressed the concern and their only response was that the Fayetteville location put brown shoes on the ticket and if he wanted to change them to black that he would have to order them and pay a restocking fee. He specifically told the girls at the Fayetteville location that he wanted BLACK shoes. My ring bearer also received incorrect shoes. They were told that a wide shoe was an option and would be ordered for him. It was not. He received a standard shoe and had to squeeze his feet into them for the night. Moving on to the wedding day, my groom was getting dressed and realized he was not given a tie at all. once again he called the MI location and told them about the issue and they informed him that the Fayetteville staff did not even put a tie on the ticket. The man had no tie on his wedding day. The MI staff did not have a gray one in stock but they tried their hardest to accommodate and gave him three ties to choose from. It was his wedding day and he had a vision of how he wanted to look, and this Men's Wearhouse completely ruined it. For the amount of money that we paid for these suits there should not have been this many issues. Not to mention one of the vests was missing a button. This is honestly 110% unacceptable. My groom and I are both completely unhappy and will never rent from Men's Wearhouse again. It's basically just a scam. The staff seem nice and friendly but obviously don't know how to properly do their jobs. It sucks to pay hundreds of dollars and be unsatisfied with the way you look on one of the most important days of your life.

I can't say enough good things about the staff and overall shopping experience! Went in to pick out a wedding tux, Madison Hill did a fantastic job getting all the details ironed out and the proper fit established. Thanks for making this a fun and painless process!
