Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Anywhere else. The service is terrible.

I went with a former employee of this location who had worked for the same manager years ago. I'm actually going to a wedding of another former employee of his which is why I wanted a suit update. It was clear he recognized the former employee and the name of the other. The manager must not have thought I had money to spend or that we were going to ask for free items or services because he was rude after I showed him my current suit, he didn't try to sell me a single thing, and it was the worst customer service I've ever received. Maybe he didn't like his former employees or how I looked, but there is no reasonable reason he would act that way. He may just be so out of touch that he thought the things he was saying and doing were fine. 

Please go elsewhere.

Bring rentals back the day after the wedding or a $20 fee each day.(better not be out of town) and they wouldnt stop bragging about a $400 shopping spree...that you get after the wedding...but you have to pay 50-400% more because everything is on "clearance" (as always) but the $400 doesnt go towards the clearance items. Seriously? So regular walk in customers pay $99 for this jacket that i have to spend $400 on..we had just spent $2000 on rentals...what a joke

Got an amazing suit here, but had to trade in my left hand for it.  The service was also not the best. They were not very busy and alot of people we working, but no one seemed like they wanted to help at all. Someone would answer one question about the style or the fitting of the suit, and then dissappear never to be seen again. Won't be coming back to purchase any suits in the future.

Great service, tons of selection - we were fortunate enough to get a BOGO sale and ended up with 2 CK suits for the price of one!  Skip the department stores and make this your first stop!

I would give zero stars if I could! After my brother and soon the be sister in law spent 2 hours with Jorgina going over their outfit choices last weekend, they took my son in to be fitted. Nothing was in computer and Jorgina started the entire process over again. Asking multiple questions she had already got the answers to the week prior. She was supposed to fit my son with the measurements we already had done at another MW location. 2 hours later, she was extremely rude and demeaning! She said in front of my 11 yr old son that he was too big for a boys size,  but too small for a men's size and the reason things didn't fit right was because his belly was too big. She made my son feel horrible about himself and considering she isn't a swimsuit model herself, she should never have commented on anyone's body shape! We will not be getting anything from this location. Awful customer service and just rude personnel in general!!
