*** DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE*** ***NOTE: Only received the one star because my review would not be post without at least one star. On 4/14/18 I arrived to the Men's Warehouse in Towson, MD for my scheduled 11:00 am appointment to have my daughter fitted for a tuxedo for her prom. Upon my arrival I was never greeted nor was I acknowledged. There was three visible employees on the floor working at the time. One black employee who was working with a black gentleman, a white employee who was working with a group of white gentlemen but only one of which was receiving service and another white employee who was standing at the register. I began to approach the employee at the register, figuring I would let someone know I was there for my appointment but before I could get there, he looked up at me and walked away joining the employee who was with the group, never saying a word. I rejoined my family and patiently waited to be acknowledged. I had been waiting for well over 35 minutes when two new sets of customers walked in and began browsing the store. This is when a fourth employee(white also) walked out from the back. He too looked at me and proceeded to go assist one of the new customers who had just walked in. It was at this point the black employee walked over and stated he would help me as soon as he finished with his customer. I asked him was it customary for employees to walk past customers who had been waiting to assist those just walking in which he stated "No". I asked for the employee's name who had just walked out, ignoring me and my family. He stated Morris and proceeded to walk in the back. Needless to say he must have told Morris we had been waiting because Morris appeared with an attitude asking if we needed help. I explained to Morris the purpose of our visit and how we had an 11:00 am appointment. Morris condescendingly apologize and nonchalantly began to take my daughter's measurements. I could see he was putting forth no effort whatsoever and it showed when he tried to put my daughter in a men's 34 suit jacket. I explained to him that was too big and that she needed a boy's tuxedo(which I mentioned at the very beginning of the dealings with Morris). He proceeded to bring her a size 18 boys jacket which also was too big. When I stated that also was too big he brought her a size 8 jacket which of course was way too small. Acknowledging that this employee really did not want to help us, I took matters into my own hands. I asked him if he could pull a size 12 and 14 so that we could see which would better fit her. He stated no there was no other sizes in the store. I asked well how is she suppose to accurately get a tux if the store did not have the sizes. He shrugged his shoulders. At this point I had become extremely frustrated with his customer service and decided to leave. Something that was suppose to be a joyous occasion for me and family was taken from us due to the employees rudeness and blatant disregard. I hate to believe that this was racial but it hard not to when the only person who would even address me was the same race as myself.

We used Men’s Wearhouse (and only just now realized that it’s spelled WEAR-house; how clever) for our groom, groomsmen, and dad attire for our wedding on April 29, 2017. We decided to go with Men’s Wearhouse since they’re really the only name in the game, even though we have had bad experiences in the past with other peoples’ weddings. One of the reasons why we went with Men’s Wearhouse was because we had groomsmen spread out over the mid-Atlantic region and thought it would be more convenient for everyone. We experienced issues with certain stores not having what we ordered and unable to order them because the inventory said they had them. We ended up having to change the pocket squares and ties for the dads because the stores couldn’t order them and couldn’t find them. We went back and forth to the Towson Men’s Wearhouse several times to try and sort it out. We had fit issues, issues with the wrong sizes, and wrong colors. It was a mess. At the end of the day, everyone looked nice, but good grief, what a nightmare. Use one of those online sites for your wedding attire, seriously. It’s not worth the hassle.

When you pay $230 for a basic tux rental, you'd think everything would for right. The bowtie (wrap around with elastic... classy) wouldn't get tight enough even on the tightest setting. The vest was also very baggy/loose. Not sharp! Also, pay attention to the return date. I thought I had 2 weeks but you had just 0-days after the wedding to return it. $20/day in late fees! Yikes. I'd recommend elsewhere strongly.
