My husband and I were married on May 6, 2017. We rented tuxedo from Men's Wearhouse. The our initial visit was fine. We were able to arrange rentals for the groom and groomsmen. Two weeks before our wedding the groom received an email notifying him that his tuxedo was discontinued. Not what I wanted to hear 2 weeks prior to our wedding. After making a call to find out what was going on, we were notified that it was a mistake and the tux was actually at the store ready for pick up. We did get a call from corporate office apologizing about the email but they never offered any type of compensation. The next problem was when we arrived to pick up the groom's tux, there was a note congratulating upcoming weddings. They had my now husband's name listed with 'Ms. Smith'. I asked about it and was told that the list had not been updated (REALLY! We were getting married in two days. Why not just admit that you wrote the wrong name. Totally unacceptable!

First and foremost the reason I am leaving a one star review is because of the AWEFUL customer service experience I had. I am a long time men's warehouse customer and I have never had an experience like this before. I went to the location in search of new button up dress shirts. A very nice young woman took my measurements and then directed me towards James Brown (I asked for his last name for the single purpose of writing this review.). James was very pushy and rude throughout the buying process, and had a very condescending attitude towards me. It ALMOST felt like he thought that I was beneath him. Needless to say, I will be going to a different location of Men's warehouse from now on.

The website said there was suits beginning at 179.99. I confirmed before going to the store this was the case - upon arrival the associate seemed less than enthusiastic to help us once we mentioned the sale we saw online. We were told that they don't sell any of those suits in the store and we had to order online or pay $350 minimum. When we told the associate that they said they did carry this promotion in the store he told us that it may not be in that store but we needed to provide a SKU??? Really? I tried to call customer service and gave up after waiting over 15 minutes and figured I would take my money elsewhere. The shame is I would have spent even more than the $350 for just the suit if it wasn't so obvious this was about commission.

Horrible customer service. Going to purchase 4 dress shirts and the manager was only willing to let me try on 1 even though I was looking at 3 different brands. He says they don't want to have to refold 3 shirts.

I had a great experience at this location. Ryan was my salesman/ tailor. The service was professional and prompt. I will bring all of my future suite renting business to this particular Men's Warehouse branch.
