The staff has always been nice and friendly but to be honest some of them are kind of shady. I have changed a few details twice now (I'm still 3 weeks away from my wedding) and they continue to mess it up. I am hoping this time it is not messed up. The most frustrating part was the first time we nailed down details we asked Christian, the tux rental manager, about if there were any additional charges for the suspenders and pocket squares, he for sure told us no there was not. Pocket squares are $15 and suspenders $2.50. He was very distracted, was not paying attention to us hardly at all, and got few details wrong. I am just hoping at this point that the week of the wedding every one has everything they need for the wedding and match!

While the staff was up beat and professional in the end they were pretty incompetent. We dealt with different people on different days and still all five of our tuxes still had issues. The best man had different vest and color was off from the others. He bought his own tie to make it work better. We worked with it because he was the best man it was okay if his was somewhat different. They had measurement from people who hadn't been in. Wrong or missing measurements on one's who has. Last they didn't even have the groom's tux and had to over night it. Their excuse, "we didn't confirm." It was paid off two months prior to wedding. What more was needed to "confirm "?? We had already been in two weeks before the wedding to straighten things out. Day of wedding, some of the guys were trading clothes to get the best fit. I don't recommend them. However if you do double check everything twice when you order.

If I am forced to give one star instead of zero, I guess I will. Working with this men's warehouse was hands down the worst experience of our wedding planning season. The first time we came in to book tuxes, the girl was extremely rude to us, was completely put off by our request to try a tux on to see what it looked like before we bought it, was fully unhelpful in helping us choose a tux and accessories, and we finally just said we can't take anymore. She said we could finish our order online. I'm assuming because no one in the store ever wants to actually work. When we went back to be sized for the tux, the order had been lost and they had no record of us ever coming in or booking online. They also told us repeatedly that it was not possible to have tuxes shipped to our home despite the fact that one of our groomsmen had booked a tux online the night before and had selected to have the tux shipped to his home. To top it all off, we had a coupon for a $400 shopping 'spree' due to the amount of tuxes we'd rented. When we returned to use the coupon, they had no record of the coupon, tried everything to tell us we couldn't use it, then when they finally agreed to let us use it, it applied to absolutely nothing in the store. There was literally one table of clothes it applied to. One employee told us that the deals that were being run applied with the coupon, and after selecting our items, we were told that it didn't, in fact, apply. No one in the store had been trained on how to handle this coupon despite it being an on-going coupon. And again we had the experience of no one being nice to us or wanting to actually do anything that was their job. They all acted upset that we would even want to use this coupon. It seriously has been the worst experience possible, and I cannot wait to leave this store and never have to deal with any of these people again. If you need to rent tuxes for anything whatsoever, please choose another venue. This is not worth your time or headache.

Walked in to look around for my upcoming wedding. With 6-8 people working there I couldn't get a single person to help me. Most of the workers were just talking to each other and walking around. Horrible experience. Spend your time and money elsewhere.
