Terrible service. I have rented tuxes here several times over the years. Went in to get fitted for an out of town wedding. The tux I'm getting is in another city, hundreds of miles away. Literally takes 2 minutes to size someone. They refused since the tux I'm getting is not from Mens Wearhouse. Went down the street to tuxedo Junction and they did it in 2 minutes flat, no problem. You suck, Mens Wearhouse, and it stank like body odor in your store.

Great selection for jacket/suits at bargain prices. Not impressed with trousers collection. Good staff and courteous customer handling. I had to give 3 stars for the issue I had- altering the sleeve length and was charged for that. I thought fitting a suit/jacket was part of the price. Also the delivery time was 2 weeks!! Wow the season would end by the time i will get the jackets. Need improvement in that context and not that they are real busy. Other wise a great place for budget formals.

Rude sales lady who clearly didn't want to be bothered on a Sunday afternoon 30 mins prior to closing. I was shopping the County Line Rd. location in Jackson, MS.

The tux that I rented was over $200, and when I showed up to pick it up, the pants had not even been hemmed. They were literally 6 inches too long. I have no idea why someone would choose to use this place when they could shop a local shop instead. The only reason I was forced to this place was because it was a tux for a wedding party.

I had a wonderful experience! It was my first time purchasing a suit and they walked me through the whole process and had good advice on fashion do's and donts. The staff was knowledgeable and very courteous, great selection as well and very reasonably priced.
