Menards is my go to place for everything I need to fix, repair and make my house wonderful. The prices are great, you really can’t beat their sales. The employees are mostly helpful and polite, and know much about their department when you need something. And if they don’t, they will find someone else to help you. The customer service desk is full of smiles and good representation, especially Terra who has always helped me and always has a positive attitude and wonderful guest service. Menards is definitely dedicated to service and quality. Don’t forget, you also save big money!

A vast array of assorted products from food goods to lumber to electrical to hunting and everything in between. The associates at check out are very professional, personable and thoughtful. However, when out on the floor shopping it seems one runs into the same issues as the other big stores. If you're blessed enough to find someone to assist you, you'll probably find they are more no more knowledgeable of any particular product than you are. They will only offer that you read the tag on the item for either the description or sale ending date. Granted, there are thousands of items, but there are also dozens of employees running around and certainly they're assigned to respective areas. It seems most of them are very young and more interested in flirting or challenging one another to competitions of some sort when on thier free time.

New lightning, remodeling, cleaning up the entire store. Little over due, it will be much more comfortable shopping all the departments. 01/30/18

Sales, sales, sales! The store is always super clean, well stocked with visually appealing displays and super helpful sales associates. Don't think it's a 'man's store' only. I'm a she, and I LOVE shopping at Menards.
