Great selection and prices. However its a terrible shopping experience. Need to walk through the entire store to get to the checkout. Few employees present for help or advice compared to competition. Those working seem too busy stocking shelves to even acknowledge my presence.

One person did an outstanding job of helping.  Many employees not paying attention. Overall ok experience. Great sale items.

Don't forget to hang out in the bird seed isle....... They have the cutest wild birds that hide in the rafters and sneak down to slurp up a little bird seed off the shelves!! Absolutely adorable in my opinion.

I went to 
Menards to purchase some insulation and went to the building counter where I waited a total of 25 minutes waiting for someone to come to the counter.

I told the customer service rep at the building counter that I needed 2 x 4 x 2 ft roll of insulation. I told him I needed to cover an area of 4' x 4'.

When I went to the yard to pick up my insulation, I found out that I had to pickup 75' of insulation. I had to go back inside to purchase a smaller roll then go back out to the yard to pick up the smaller roll. It took roughly 1 hour to purchase a roll of insulation. Not happy.
