The worst customer experience money can buy. Been here many times, makes my stomach cringe every time I walk through the doors. Their employees appear deeply disturbed whenever I have the nerve to ask for their help.

There is something about Menards that can keep me there for hours, even if just going for one item. Excellent selection of items, even if some are located in somewhat confusing places. For the types of items I buy I find the prices to be cheaper then Home Depot. The staff here are by far and away the most worthless and unhelpful rejects that know nothing about the departments they are placed in and they seem... Displeased... If you bother then with a question. But no worries, there is about zero chance they would know the answer anyways. So don't bug them and they won't bite you. Its all part of the experience and I wouldn't trade it for nothing. Honestly one of my favorite places, great place to spend a Sunday.

I always receive excellent customer service.  The store is clean and I have never had a bad experience.  The people working there seem to know a lot about home improvement and can answer my questions and give suggestions.

Every time i go here, i dont bother asking the old white guys for help. I have to ask someone of "color" in order to be helped.
