I love Menards! My only complaint is I can never find someone to help me😕and when I do they usually don't know the answer. The paint department was super helpful last time I was there, staff very knowledgeable.

I've always had an enjoyable shopping experience at this store. Unlike some other home improvement stores, I have never had a hard time finding someone to help me when I need it.

They tried to charge me a deposit for some shingle samples when I do half a million dollars in business with Menards. They said get charged for the samples from the manufacturer. That is a lie, I,as a small contractor can call GAF or any other shingle company and get them for free. I would  recommend shopping at another Menards or  Home Depot in Cottage Grove if you appreciate customer loyalty and honesty.
