Deeply disappointed. We are 12 months+ into a 4-month project (single room home addition) that is not yet complete. We had bumps along the way, like any project - but the bumps worth mentioning include; a premium fee for a project manager (that we had to manage and who was ultimately let go); errors in billing resulting a more than 10% overage on billing that we caught (sloppy accounting practices? ); poor finish-out quality (we were told we didn't get the A team.) 

To this date we still have major outstanding issues with door installation (one door pulling away from the frame, causing inability to close doors properly), floor installation (rippling of boards, some blisters), and HVAC (water leaking) installation. Unfortunately, Mend - has been unwilling to acknowledge their fault, rather claim they are "working as quickly as possible" (one year later) to address issues and "make it right" by the customer. I cannot in good conscience recommend Mend.
