I have been calling for about 3 weeks with a question about septic system requirements.  I still have not gotten a call back.  They seem to be short staffed and the staff on duty don't seem to know much about their own requirements or processes.

This place used to help people. Now the staff is rude, the funding gone due to cut-backs, and homeless patients are allowed wander the streets, helpless. All-in-all a very sad state of affairs for clients, and a blemish on the county's reputation.
