I talked to other shops and Greg at Mendocino Transmissions took the time to explain what was going on with my truck & how to check it out properly & not just sell me something. Then gave me options of dealer, exchange or updating us rebuild H.D. for my needs. He built it and it works better than it did new. I'll tell my friends. THANK YOU GREG!!!!!

Mendo transmission took two tries and several weeks to get the right transmission installed. Two years later it has already failed and needs to be rebuilt again. Do not recommend

Take 10 mins to talk to them... you'll see how lazy and how much care they lack just by talking to them. Sorry but if I wanted someone to do my work stoned I'm not paying you 100 bucks an hour for you to stand around and think "uuuuuhhhhh..??" Every hour for 10 mins. Then "forget" to put an important piece  back into the transmission... and keep it for 2 weeks... You've been warned
