Dark, depressing, sadly disappointing. To see a loved one look so awful in the casket was shocking. It has taken me almost 3 months to be able to even verbalize it. Perhaps investing in some umbrellas to help out family members who are in mourning and don't have them in rental cars might be considered, as well.

The staff was kind and efficient in dealing with the burial of Mom and Dad. They were difficult times and they walked me through every step and all their final wishes were handled.
