Worst "medical" facility I have seen in my 42 yrs!!! They forget to refile prescriptions with the pharmacy and don't care when your kid goes a week without necessary meds. I have been with them for 8 months and EVERY SINGLE MONTH I have to fight for medication for my child. They also do not have time for patients. One 30 minute therapy session once a month is useless and they will not allow more.

This new appointment system is ridiculous. I can’t ever get anything resolved in a timely manner because by the time my call goes through, they’re booked and tell me to call back next week. Receptionist at the Dickson office is so bad at her job, her customer service skill is nonexistent.

So let me get this straight, I understand you offer to mainly low income families. However, when I say I would like to set up an appointment to see someone about some issues I've been dealing with, and after I give you my insurance information, you tell me that I don't have "low income insurance and refuse to see me, that's absolute garbage. No apology, no referrals to other services, just "We won't see you" by the most indifferent, dead sounding intake agent you have. Your practice and its policies are disgraceful. You be ashamed.

I have been a consumer of MHC for about 17 yrs. In the last, I would say 5 yrs, the quality of care has gone down the toilet. The case managers are young and inexperienced. They tend to treat their consumers as if they're stupid. Having mental health does not equal ignorance or stupidity.
