This place is terrible. I had a conversation with a Nurse name Michelle on 6/21/2017 (today) at around 3:25pm in regards to transferring a patient to another location. She stated that she use to work for the other location and that they don't transport patients. She also lied and informed me that the other location didn't have openings after I spoke to a supervisor at the other location and I was advised that someone could pick up my relative and take them to the other location. Nurse Michelle had a very nasty attitude and I plan on reporting her and I also plan on reporting this complex to FOX 6 and other media sources so they are aware of this mess they are to people. p.s this place isn't even worth 1 star...

Their switch board operators are very rude dnt seem to know what to do I was trying to speak to my son nurse was connected or given any options to contact her sad these ppl are who's taking care my son in his time of crisis

My overall opinion I feel they need more assistance as well as not worrying of the Pay check but actually caring for the patient's  of course the the patient shows signs of mental behavior but instead of doping them up when there's a out burst speak with them give them attentive care because someone loves them they're not stray animals that you  picked up off the street the place needs correct structure.

I was receiving treatment from this facility when I was in a group home and 2-person apartment when I was living in Milwaukee. Dr. Kos was my doctor at that time. Psychiatrists are not really real help. Harm is disguised as help. Hippocratic Oath states, "First do no harm." This quote was written by Hippocrates, a Greek physician 460?-377? B.C. or one of his students. Psychiatrists are wolves in sheep's clothing. Beware where you seek mental health treatment. Best go somewhere else where the psychs are not doing the bidding of the pharmaceutical companies because it is all about money and it is the industry of death!
I was on a Haldol shot of a large amount and all it did was create side effects. It did not help me. You then are prescribed side effect medication. Then you have side effects from that. It is a dwindling spiral and it only leads downward. The psychs are sicker than you! They may think they are helping, but I ask, "What you ask of me, you must ask of yourself." Would you take this medication and if not, why? Take your own medication and see if you like it! Believe me, you would see differently. The TRUTH is a bitter pill, but it is for your own good!
