What a wonderful, delicious cake! Mark made an incredible cake for my birthday. He gave us exactly what we wanted and went out of his way to fulfill our last minute order. He was such a pleasure to work with and we will definitely order from Meraki Custom Cakes again. His cake really made my birthday special. It was beautiful AND super delicious. I loved the tartness and freshness of the raspberry filling and the yellow cake was so moist and yummy. Thanks again to Mark at Meraki Custom Cakes!
Mark at Meraki was fabulous to work with. I was going to make the cake for my daughter's wedding and then came to my senses! I found Meraki about 3 weeks before the wedding and Mark was quick to respond and give me ideas, prices, etc in a quick and timely manner. Mark and Robert the baker delivered the cake on a Sunday afternoon and even placed the flowers I had gotten from the florist in place. It was such a relief to have their service and expertise on such a hectic weekend.
Our cake was perfect! Exactly what we asked for, and SO delicious! I was very impressed with Meraki from the get go. We had our initial consult and you could tell how passionate they were about baking and creating custom cakes. Very knowledgeable. Fun process and I would definitely recommend!
Mark made a cake for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. The cake was wonderful. Mark did such an amazing job with the details, and even nailed down the hats my folks wear while camping!! : It was definitely a hit at the party. Thank you. Watching my parents celebrate, and feed cake to each other haha!, was the best moment of the evening. Thanks for help making it such a special day. P.S. my sister, my mom, my dads best buddy, were all super thankful for the delicious gluten free cake too!! And the carrot cake was absolutely delicious. I took home 3 very large pieces. ‍ Thank you again for pouring your heart and soul into your work.
Mark has made 2 cakes for us, both for my daughters' birthday parties. In each case, the cake was a work of art, and super delicious! Mark is a pleasure to work with, going above and beyond to make sure he delivers just what the client wants even if the client is a 5 year old having a unicorn party. He was definitely more interested in making a cake that would be just what my daughter wanted instead of his own vision of what would be "perfect". And at the end of the party, I asked my newly minted 5 year old what was her favorite part of the day. She thought for a minute and then declared with certainty: "The Cake!" Thanks Mark!
Meraki Cakes & Bakes baked a beautiful wedding cake for my elopement couple in Breckenridge, Colorado. The cake was well designed and from what I hear was also delicious! I loved the unique mountain design they did for the couple on the side of the cake. It was a beautiful wedding cake. I'd highly recommend them to any one look for a wedding cake in the Breckenridge, Colorado area!
Thank you Mark for the phenomenal creation for my son in law and daughter’s baby shower this past October. Little did we know it would turn into a birthday celebration as baby girl decided to crash the party! Nightmare Before Christmas themed cake. Pumpkin spice cake with cream cheese filling and buttercream icing! Truly a work of art and the best tasting cake ever. You outdid yourself and we can’t wait to use you for the next big celebration!
