I LOVE this Boxing Gym!! In just a week, I've noticed a difference in my energy and body. The members are so nice, helpful and welcoming. 5/6 days a week, personal trainer, and group training ALL for an affordable price!! Im so proud to be able to see what a impacted  crossroad boxing fitness lab has been to this town, where there is nothing for kids to do, its been life changing ...keep up the great work!!!!
