Absolutely love this RV Park. Always accommodating and able to meet our needs. Very clean showers and laundromat. Nice size play area for kids and large dog park. Pool and clubhouse may be a bit of a walk for elders or the disabled. But, worth the view and facilities when you get there

First off I get very irritated with people that write negative reviews that don't know what they're talking about. Of course there are bugs out here we're in nature there are a lot of open grass areas and many trees of course there will be bugs and as far as smells this is the San Joaquin Valley they do grow food here . If you don't want any bugs stay in a hotel. There is a nice pool large playground for the kids and a very large dog park and of course the Merced River. You wont find this in a hotel. The WiFi was good, of course it is not for streaming, and for the cable we did not use.  The staff was very polite and we really enjoyed our time here.

Nice clean park, well maintained grounds, friendly staff. Add in a pool and a playground, this place is absolutely wonderful.

I lived there for 7months. I had many problems with staff & management. Would recommend not staying here for an extended amount of time.
