The experience we had at Mercedes-Benz of Springfield was unlike any other auto dealer experience we've ever had. From the moment you enter the showroom to the moment you walk out the door they made ...sure your experience is pleasant and professional. Tyler Landry worked hard to have our new car inspected, insured and detailed so that we could take it home the same day. Dealing with Andrew Daniel in financing was informative and easy. It was so nice to be treated in a respectful and honest manner at every turn. Mercedes-Benz of Springfield has earned themselves two more very loyal customers. A special shout out to the owner, Peter Wirth, who has put together an amazing team of professionals!

If you are looking to purchase a Mercedes-Benz, I highly recommend a trip to Mercedes-Benz of Springfield. I honestly have never had a more pleasant experience while purchasing an automobile. We were greeted promptly and welcomed into the beautiful and modern showroom. Our salesperson, Laura, was friendly and knowledgeable and never pressured us. The approach is classy and not forced. We were given space to look at cars and encouraged to interact with the vehicle. Our negotiation was PAINLESS. Andrew carefully went over the details of our agreement in a relaxed environment. It was a pleasure to meet and talk with the owner, Peter. Because I live in another state, my salesperson even arranged delivery of my car complete with tags the following day. On the day that my car arrived, Laura had started her vacation. She took time to reach out and say congratulations. My car arrived complete with a big bow for a photo-op. I was immediately contacted by Niquonne at dealership to arrange for personal tutoring for my new SUV. I recommend a trip to this exclusive dealership without hesitation. A truly modern experience.

Excellent...Service...Period.  We already know that Mercedes-Benz is a luxury brand, I am happy to write that the team at Springfield MB lives up to that luxury standard with their customer service.   Connor was first rate as my salesman and Andrew did a phenomenal job closing the sale and paperwork.   White glove personal service - much appreciated hard to find these days!

Fantastic first experience with Mercedes - thanks to the team at this new dealership.  Peter, Andrew and Tyler went above and beyond to deliver not only the quality vehicle we've been looking for but the bespoke service.  It's nice we don't have to travel to Hartford to find this type of quality - it's right here in the Valley.  They even brought the car to our home, Land Rover didn't do that!  Highly recommend.

I have the option of visiting 3 Mercedes dealerships near me, two of them being much closer to my home than this location.  That being said, I would choose to drive the extra 75 miles to Mercedes of Springfield Any. Time. The service here is top-notch from the owners to the salespeople, and I will never buy another car anywhere else. I love Mercedes, and I love my new Mercedes even more! Thank you Laura, Andrew, and Peter for everything!
