After checking virtually all MB dealerships in SoCal, I purchased my fourth Mercedes from MB of Valencia, and it was the best experience so far. Romeo Samya had been assisting me the entire time. I told him what my budget was and which packages I was considering, and never have I felt pressured to get something out of my price range or buy a vehicle that I didn't like. Never. Unlike in other dealerships, he genuinely worked hard to find the exact vehicle I was looking for with an adequate payment, and he did! He gave me the best possible deal, and by the best I really mean the BEST since no other dealership could be as flexible. I will definitely purchase my next car from here.

Very nice store. They have a big lobby and very friendly staff. I've been there a number of times now but never purchased a vehicle. Everything there is very nice and the facilities are wonderful.

First of all, I tried to negotiate purchasing my Metris from MBZ Valencia but they were not the least bit competitive so I bought it from another dealership. When I took it in for it's first scheduled service to Valencia, they accidentally caused a problem with my Metris and when I called the service manager, Tom Swyire, he wouldn't hear me out and told me that I don't have to have my van serviced at "his" service department. He suggested I go elsewhere if I am unhappy. Well, yes, I was unhappy because I already picked up the van and now I was faced with taking time out of my life to take it to yet another dealership to fix a problem MBZ Valencia caused. This is not my idea of good business. So, I decided that maybe, just maybe, I could get better results if I spoke to his boss, 'the big boss', as the receptionist called him, Chris Paz. I left him not one but TWO voice messages and he never returned my calls. I should've known better than to call the boss of the service manager because, in my experience, if one employee is bad it is due to what I call the "trickle down effect", whereas the trouble really begins by bad upper management! I was forced to pay to have what MBZ Valencia should've fixed under warranty. I was left no choice because I am handicapped and I am not able to go back and forth to MBZ Valencia due to their lack of knowledge of the Mercedes Metris.

There is a problem (note some other posts below) wherein this dealership is taking a long time to issue checks to payoff the loans or leases on traded-in vehicles. More to the point, the sales team & general manager are either unable or unwilling to say when checks will go out to payoff prior loans or leases. Be prepared to continue paying your old loan or lease an extra month's worth after your trade-in.

The sale representative was very professional and easy to communicate to. He has high level of knowledge and great customer service. The buying process was with ease.
