Worst experience ever. Rude/curt staff. Doctor spent 1 minute looking at injury. Would never go back. Best to avoid.

Worst experience for an ankle injury for our 9 year old daughter. The treatment plan for a hairline fracture was inadequate and bordering negligible. We had to move to a different doctor and reverse engineer the treatment plan. I would not advise this group to any friend, neighbor or stranger.

Waited 70 minutes before I see the dr and the dr spent about 3 minutes with me. I have a good experience in the hamilton branch in the past but this location was a disappointment to me.

Update:
The prescription he gave me had no any positive impact on my problem. I am planning to see another dr from a different practice.
