I was referred for two separate conditions and received two separate referral numbers.  I called and made an appointment and specifically mentioned the two referrals.  The young lady on the appointment line was very helpful and said I will find a day when we can get you in for both referrals.  This was great news since it was the most efficient for everyone.    Upon check-in I was told that I only had one referral.  After another 15 minutes I was told that they found my other referral but could only be seen for the one condition.  Even though I had an appointment for both.  They were two separate referrals with their own #'s but the receptionist said I could only be seen for the one condition per day.  I inquired why I was allowed to make both appointments without a problem and she  could not explain.  So... I'm still sitting in the waiting room an hour and 20 minutes past my appointment time.  Hopefully the medical care is a little better.  If not, I will be scheduling my other referral elsewhere and my follow up for this visit somewhere else too.
UPDATE
The Doctor and Nurse were great.  Very professional.  I up the review to 4 stars based on that.

Horrible service...
After 15 minutes in which the secretary couldn't find out if they work with my insurance company, she put me on hold for the 4th time, after which another woman answer to me and said she doesn't deal with insurances...

They never answer the phone and you have to wait an hour to see your physician 😐

I cannot give this practice even one star.The waiting time to see a physician is terrible.Appointment was scheduled at 12:30pm at 1:45 pm I was still in the waiting room,did not see a physician until 2:00-1 1/2hours.The physicians are good,but the scheduling of patients and waiting times are terrible.Looking for another physician.
