The office manager was so rude, condescending, and flat out interrogating. I needed a bone marrow done which Dr. Chen does in the office, but, my insurance does not cover in office procedures and needed to get a authorization. So I spook with the office manager, and she reluctantly said she will but won't be done immediately. That was fine with me. At the end of the 3rd day I called. Her response was. I tried calling you! I said, Why didn't you leave a message so I knew who it was from. That's ok we are talking now. She was loud and said your insurance does not cover this procedure, you have an out of pocket of 5,500.00, you don't need a authorization from your insurance but it will cover if you have the bone marrow done in a hospital. Don't you read your insurance police? When I receive my insurance policy I make sure I know what I have. I responded... I do know my insurance policy. I am just relaying the information they told me. I also asked if Dr, Chen can use the hospital she is affiliated with?. She said, "I don't know". Well, How do I find out? Call her was the response. She went on to say how she does not care about my policy. That is when I went nuts and lost it! If you don't care why are you here. I Spook with the Dr. yesterday and will not be back because of her office manager. I am going to Fox Chase where they will give me the support I need. Please stay away from this office because of the callus office manager.

Dr. Chen save my life more than once and her staff is amazing. Don't the reason of the comment. I wish everything is ok now.

The office manager very rude . don't recommend this office for medical treatment . They refused to give my husband chemo treatment when my insurance was terminated even when I got new insurance because there is balance I offered them to make payment plan they refused and insisting on 50% of the balance which I don't have . I will file a complain at the Health Deportment . I wish there was a Zero star to select.
