I've never had anything but great service here so I'm surprised to see such negative comments. I get gas here because the price is worth the convenience (time is money). I have pulled up and while they are working on other cars, I POLITELY ask them for assistance and they have always stopped what they were doing and are happy to help. I would highly recommend this garage / station.

Do you have spare arms and legs? Good news! You can use them to pay for gas here! Avoid getting gas here if you can, it's probably cheaper anywhere else. But if you are in a pinch, it isn't a bad place to fuel up.

Gas Prices On mercer island are always going to be little above the price but the service you get is always great !!

I pulled into this station yesterday with a very flat tire (the rim was rolling on the rubber, which was starting to burn). The mechanic, who was working on another car, came out and determined that the tire would need to be replaced. Although there were two other cars in line to be worked on, he removed the flat and put on the spare tire within 15 minutes; the charge was very reasonable. Because we weren't able to fit the tire into the trunk, we returned later in the evening, when the attendant for the mini-mart opened the garage and without being asked, carried the (dirty) tire and put in in my trunk. We felt very fortunate not only to find a gas station that actually had a garage attached but to receive excellent service as well.

My pregnant wife stopped to put air in here back tire at this station, upon arriving at this station a large truck was blocking the air pump, so my wife pulled up to the service bay and ask the guys that where standing around if they could put air in her tire for her. She was told they could move the truck so she could do it herself. My pregnant wife proceeded to pay for the air and start filling her tire, the machine was out of order (or not working properly) all the while she struggled to put air in her tire, two very capable men watched her and offered no help.... What a joke of service... My family too owns gas stations and to this day my grandfather walks out and helps every woman fill her tires. If your the owner and you watched this happen, what the point of having a conversation.
