My wife just called Mercer's florist to order flowers for her Aunt's funeral. She called based off what they are showing on their website. On the website the flowers were listed at one price. After a brief hold, the girl came back with a higher price and when my wife asked her about the price difference she said my manager said it's this price & how would you like to pay for it. Poor customer service... you would think a CSR would say "I'm sorry, let me check the discrepancy" or "let me bring that to my manager's attention and see what we can do". I travel a good amount with my job and it's very easy to tell when an organization has, at it's core, an attitude of true customer service and pride in themselves and the company. I know Mercers has been here a very long time...might want to rethink some training for customer service and review their website.

They worked even after-hours to deliver the arrangement on time for Christmas Eve.  Love this place!
