They helped me with several automotive issues in the last couple of years. (rebuilt a transmission and lesser general repair stuff) Myself and people I know who have used Merck's have been pleased with the services provided. Keep up the good work

Spent over a grand here for heater core brakes suspension the day I brought it home over heated he said had real hot heat no heat this past winter they forgot to hook up some wires under hood charged me for an alignment calls and says that a ball joint needs to be replaced that the alignment would not last long I had told him fix everything will never bring it back to this place said he replaced fans same fans original and the cheapest brake pads you can buy but get charged for the best

Stop by there to speak with a mechanic to try to get my car fixed and I was told that they had too much work to do and they wanted to send me somewhere else they were very rude they paid me no attention, or it could have been that my car was not a fancy BMW or something much nicer
