Don’t waste your time! Horrible customer service! We came for a children’s birthday party with a group of 12. Sue who ran the register couldn’t handle her job. She looked miserable like she hated her job, could careless about any inconvenience and was confused. She ran us up wrong... so instead of fixing her error she cut our game off right in the middle of it. Plus they ran out of pizza, the pop was warm with NO ice, you have to pay $1 per song or there is no music, no parking, small hole in the wall, you can’t use Groupon after 8pm

Been bowling here since I was a child, over 20 years now. The Owner Greg is a cool guy, used to be my bowling Coach in High School. Needs some work, older house, but the fun hasn't changed, still a very fun house to roll. Synthetic lanes, could use a little more oil, but still fun.

The bar staff is really great. The female bowling attendant had very bad customer service, a very bad attitude, and really made my family and the group of people we were with feel unwanted. Although we manage to have a good time in spite of, I highly doubt Mercury Lanes will be our choice of bowling alley from now on.
